About us

Istvan Szauer – Stefan Sauer

Besides my well-paid (starving) job as a teacher, boardgame designing and vlogging is my hobby, so I do it for fun. The school provides me with an advantage: on one hand, I can even teach game development; on the other hand, my pupils gladly get involved in testing. My connection to boardgame market originates from assisting other developers’ games at first. My first game was greenlighted by Kard és Korona (or Korona Games). Later, I managed to work with other publishers as well. Currently about 8 games are available for the public, my name had been printed on the boxes of 10 games since 2016. More than 25 prototypes lie in waiting in my closet, the portfolio doesn’t even contain all of my fully fledged games yet, it is still getting constantly updated.

As a freelancer, I am open to any solution – I develop because I enjoy it, creating is my motivation.

Gergely Lajtai-Szabó

Originally a freelancer translator and self-taught graphic artist from Western Hungary, game creation has escorted my life since my childhood: we drew roll & play boards with my brother, we played my MtG-like card game in primary school, and I created a handdrawn city builder at the age of 12 for my family.
During my high school years, I turned to creating PC games with RPG Maker and Multimedia Fusion. I was also working on enhancing classical maze games from activity books with extra elements like collectible items and vanquishable enemies.

I started taking game development serously around 2014. The most unique feature of my games is that I do the artwork myself. I also gladly illustrate other developers’ games: I created the artwork of AMICS’ card game Village Pillage and survival board game Scavengers of the Wasteland, created as part of the PlayInclusive program. There are currently 8 prototypes in progress in different phases, while my notebooks contain at least this many more, awaiting to take physical form.
